Mikael Madsen is a visual / sound artist from Denmark who works with painting, photography, video, sound art and conceptual art. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Aarhus, Denmark. He has exhibited his works in various galleries and museums in Denmark and abroad. He is also the founder of XM3, a platform for contemporary art.
Mikael Madsen works with various media, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, video, photo, sound and internet art. He is interested in exploring the relationship between nature and technology, especially in the context of landscapes. He often incorporates elements from his graffiti background, such as abstract shapes and forms that contrast with the surrounding environment. His works have a post-apocalyptic and modern abstract aesthetic.
